Located at the intersection of Chapel Street and Jay Street, the corner lot is a five-minute walk from the High Street-Brooklyn Bridge subway station, serviced by the A and C trains. Tankhouse Development under the 450WSP LLC is listed as the owner behind the applications.

The proposed 130-foot-tall development will yield 54,118 square feet, with 36,191 square feet designated for residential space. The building will have 27 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,340 square feet. The concrete-based structure will also have a cellar but no accessory parking.
