The Calabasas home of the late Lisa Marie Presley has surfaced on the market for $4.68 million, TMZ reports. The singer-songwriter, who was the only child of Elvis and Priscilla Presley, rented the French chateau-style home from 2020 until her death in January of this year. Reportedly, it was love at first sight when Presley first stepped onto the property—the outlet claims that she had plans to buy the six-bedroom, seven-bathroom home.
Presley’s realtor and friend, Robb Friedman of Keller Williams Realty, extensively renovated the 2002-built abode after the vocalist passed away. Spanning approximately 7,500 square feet, the house sits on a 0.3-acre plot on a hilltop cul-de-sac in a gated neighborhood. Stone steps and romantic landscaping fit for a storybook lead up to a turreted front door while a brick-paved driveway ends with an attached three-car garage, equipped with an auto lift to make space for a fourth vehicle.
The backyard comes complete with an outdoor kitchen and fireplace, a pergola-topped dining area, a kidney bean-shaped swimming pool with an attached spa, and space to lounge around a fire pit–all enclosed by neatly trimmed hedges, cypress trees, and rolling hill views.
