Actor Claire Holt Lists Beverly Hills Pad—Custom-Built For Previous Owner Will Arnett—for $10.25 Million

Arrested Development and Bojack Horseman star Will Arnett’s former custom-built Beverly Hills home has landed back on the market with some new customizations, thanks to its seller, Australian actor Claire Holt. Dirt reports that the Vampire Diaries and Pretty Little Liars star paid Arnett $7.85 million for the three-quarter-acre property in 2021 and is now asking $10.25 million.

Records show that Arnett paid $2.86 million for the canyon-view lot in 2015 before demolishing the outdated home that sat on the property and replacing it with a modern 4,149-square-foot home designed by architect Suchi Reddy and design firm Living Homes. The wood and glass L-shaped structure was inspired by the work of architect Ray Kappe and was completed in 2017.

Privately tucked behind tall gates and greenery, the six-bedroom and four-and-a-half-bathroom abode boasts a spa-like escape from the city, particularly with its outdoor amenities. A standalone wooden sauna, a cold plunge pool, and an outdoor rain shower make up one stone-paved area of the side yard, while an infinity-edge pool, a spa, an outdoor fireplace, and a wrap-around wooden terrace round out the backyard.

The addition of a cozy carpeted home theater was among the renovations that Holt and her husband, real estate executive Andrew Jablon, made to the light-flooded dwelling. This upgrade was likely a must for Jablon, who was the inspiration behind a similar renovation to the couple’s West Hollywood home that AD toured in 2018. The pair changed a bedroom in that house into a media room with the ensuite bathroom still intact. “So, now he can watch hours of sports without leaving—not even when he needs a shower!” Holt quipped to AD.

The couple also removed a floating wall in between the eat-in kitchen and living space, opting for a more open floor plan, added a gym, and turned Arnett’s above-the-garage recording studio into a guest suite.
