Bad Bunny Buys Contemporary Hollywood Hills Estate for $8.8 Million

Puerto Rican rapper Bad Bunny is putting down roots in Los Angeles, according to Dirt. The ‘Me Porto Bonito” singer and Bullet Train star spent $8.8 million on a contemporary Hollywood Hills spread spanning a little over half an acre. The boxy five-bedroom main structure, which was built in 2005 but recently renovated, is matched by a guest house with another two bedrooms, making for a total of eight bedrooms and seven bathrooms across 7,316 square feet of living space.

The palm tree-dotted lot also has a well-equipped BBQ kitchen area and an infinity pool with an inset spa, bordered by plenty of patio space for lounging and dining al fresco. The home’s desirable location high above the Sunset Strip makes for sweeping city views throughout the outdoor space and generously windowed interiors.

Inside, the main house is set up with an airy open-plan living space. The sunken living room and the chef’s kitchen, which is decked out with multiple ovens and a large eat-in island, each open seamlessly to the outdoors via large pocket doors. A nearby dining area is decorated with a big sputnik-style chandelier and a wet bar off the living room boasts picture window views. Upstairs, the primary suite enjoys a private balcony, an oversized walk-in closet complete with a seating area, and an all-white ensuite bathroom complete with a huge glass-walled rain shower and a soaking tub nestled in a windowed alcove.

By multiple metrics, the two-time Grammy winner could be considered the most popular music act in the world right now: in 2022, he was the most-streamed artist on Spotify and his tour grossed a record-breaking $230 million. The musician and part-time WWE wrestler reportedly also owns a primary residence in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and had a hand in creating a recently-opened and lushly decorated Japanese steakhouse called Gekko in Miami.
